The application enables citizens to anonymously or with authentication register their complaints, choose the complaint's category, provide the address and a description of the problem, and attach a photo if necessary. For example, if a resident notices a pothole on the street that is causing inconvenience to local traffic, the resident can use the application to register the complaint, attach a photo, and describe the situation.

The application's dashboard enables the administration to track the complaints' status, such as the number of complaints, their categories, the locations with the most complaints, the average response time, and the satisfaction level of the response. The administration can analyze the complaints and forward them to the responsible department, which must submit a solution or response within the set deadline.
